We must have 101 lots represented in person or by proxy in order to hold the meeting. If we cannot hold the meeting the HOA will have the additional expense of mailing out notices and renting a meeting space for an additional meeting.

We will be including proxies in the annual meeting mailing as well as posting it on the Hogan’s Glen website. We will also have copies at the guard house. It is very important that everyone fill out a proxy even if you are planning on attending the meeting.
