In accordance with Article 3 Section 1 of the Bylaws of The Homeowners Association of Hogan’s Glen, you are hereby given notice of the 2023 Annual Meeting of the members is scheduled for Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 6:00 PM at the Trophy Club Country Club- Whitworth Ballroom

The Association is a non-profit corporation and as such is required to hold an annual meeting under the laws of the State of Texas. The homeowners will elect two (2) homeowners to the Board of Directors in accordance with the Bylaws recorded in Denton County.
