Vehicle Programming scheduled for Monday March 20, 2023 has been cancelled and is rescheduled.

Vehicle programming is rescheduled for the following dates:
Tuesday 3/21 from 2:00-4:00
Wednesday 3/22 from 2:00 to 4:00
Monday 3/27 from 4:00 to 6:00

The first event to PROGRAM VEHICLES to enable your vehicle to open the gates will be held at the Asheville entrance gate (Hogans Dr side). Please line up on Indian Creek so that you are turning right onto Asheville into Hogans Glen. We will use Asheville so as not to block traffic at the main gate.

As an FYI the delay in programming has been due to a technology glitch that prevented the vehicle programming from working at all gates. The process to engineer a solution has taken several months to solve, trial and test and was recently successfully tested at the Asheville gates. That said, there are some vehicles that will not accept the programming due to the age of the vehicle or incompatibility from the manufacturer. We will do our best to program your vehicle.
