Sept 18 Gate Update

Of the 201 homesites in Hogans Glen, 122 have completed their process with the Homeowner Information Forms and have picked up their new remotes. Another 30+ are in flight. Thanks to Pete, Ricky & Frank and all who have completed the process.

There are about 45 who have not started the process. If you're one of the 45 please stop by the guard house and pick up your form.

Regarding the gate replacement process. The posts and pads are installed (see pictures), expected this week will be (1) installing the new gate operators on the pads (2) removing the gates (3) installing the new hinges (4) reinstalling the gates. WHILE THIS IS HAPPENING THE ENTRANCE AND EXIT LANES WILL BE BLOCKED Only one lane will be blocked at a time. Recommend using the Asheville gates during this process.

After the gates are installed, the new controllers will be installed at all 4 entry gates and the new codes will be activated.
