Gate Update for Sept 22nd

To date 160 residents of HG have completed the Homeowners Information Form and received their new remotes. That’s 80% completed since we started 2 weeks ago. Well done neighbors! Nearly everyone else is in the process of filling out the form.

As of today, both the main entrance and exit gates have been rehung with new hinges on the new posts. Thanks to everyone for carefully navigating the closed traffic lanes over the past couple of days. Remember, the main exit gate will open in towards your car when the controllers are installed and operational. I’m meeting with the gate company tomorrow (Friday) to receive more details about the next phase of the process which should include the installation of the controllers. When this occurs we’ll be able to activate the exit gate.

For those residents that noticed the gap in the center of the gate when it was first hung, it has been corrected. We do have some gaps on each side of the gates which we will fill with material to match the rest of the gate.
