Gate Update for September 27th

IMPORTANT

Loop cutting for the street sensors at the main exit gate began today. The main exit gate will be closed today until approximately 8PM tonight to allow the sealing material to cure. We are using the main entrance gate as an entrance/exit gate for the balance of the day. Please be careful entering and exiting through the main gate today.

About a week ago, the Katie exit gate quit working. We have discovered that the company drilling to install fiber throughout Trophy Club cut the loop which inactivated the gate. As a result, the Katie exit gate will also be repaired today and will be closed until approximately 8PM.

Tomorrow, Wednesday Sept 28th, the front entrance gate will be closed all day for loop installation. As a result, the main exit gate will be used for both entry and exit, but as it is not as wide as the entrance gate there will be contention for the lane.

PLEASE USE THE ASHEVILLE GATES FOR ENTRY AND EXIT TO HG FOR THE NEXT TWO DAYS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE TO AVOID DELAYS.

The operators that physically open and close the main entrance and exit gates will also be installed at the front gate this week.

Next steps after the operators are installed will be to (1) input all the data into the new system which should begin by the end of this week, (2) program resident cars, (3) install the new gate control boxes at all four entrances and (4) activate the new system.
