Gate Update for Tuesday Oct 11th

***** THIS FRIDAY IS SCHEDULED GO LIVE FOR THE GATES *****

STARTING FRIDAY – Residents will need to use their new remotes to open any of the 4 entry gates into Hogans Glen. This includes the Main gate, Katie gate and both Asheville gates. You will also be able to open all 4 entry gates using your new 5-digit code.

PLEASE – Take the time to test your remotes and code so you know that it works. Do not wait until you have to be somewhere and are running 10 minutes late to give “Murphy’s Law” a chance to happen (Google it if you need to).

IMPORTANT – If you have problems, please report any and all needs/issues to the guard on duty at the guard house between 7AM and 7PM. Our new Property Management Company will have the ability to make updates and changes as needed.

AFTER FRIDAY – We will: (1) schedule events to program your cars, (2) provide instructions to download the CellGate smart phone app, (3) add signage to the Main entry of Hogans Glen and (4) schedule road/curb painting.

ADVICE – The new remotes have a slight delay. Press the button once and let the command have a moment to activate the gate. Do not press the remote button multiple times or hold the button down for an extended period of time.

I am hopeful that the transition goes smoothly and that all works as planned.
