Gate Update for October 18th

Due to unexpected delay’s the Main Entrance Gates did not go live today

***THE NEW GO LIVE DATE IS TUESDAY OCTOBER 25TH***

I’m confident that this date will be firm and the front entrance gates will be back in operation. At that time all residents will need to be prepared to use their new remotes. If you have forgotten your 5-digit code stop by and ask the guard on duty to look it up. When using your 5-digit code you will not need to use the “#” button.

Once the gates go live the directory will also be active. Should you receive a call from someone using the directory press the 8-button on your phone key pad to open the gate.

Between now and next Tuesday, the gate company will finish welding on the gates and will add the ground painting to all four gate areas.

If you ordered additional remotes, they can be picked up at the guard house. The cost for the additional remotes will be added to your monthly HOA invoice. Additional remotes are available for $50 each.
