Gate Update for November 8th

The good news:

Asheville Gates:

• Both the Hogans side and Oxford side have been updated with the new CellGate boxes
• Entrance and exit gates on both sides are now working as the exit gate on the Oxford side was repaired yesterday

Katie Gate:

• Has been updated with a new CellGate box and both the entrance and exit gate are working Main Gate:
• The exit side at the main gate has been repaired and is working Painting has also been completed at all gate entrances and exits

Now for the not so good news:

• The main entrance gates have two issues:
• The weight of the gates has moved the gate posts so the entrance gates are sagging and will need to be modified
• The safety loop that reopens the entrance gate when it is closing is not working. So there have been a few close calls when cars have approached the closing gates thinking they will reopen, but they don't. We will need to have a new safety loop cut which is being scheduled. Until the safety loop is added we will be locking the main entrance gate open. I expect this to be resolved in the next few days.

Still to be scheduled:

• Programming cars HomeLink buttons which I am working on scheduling

If you haven't already done so, please check the directory to make sure you are listed and please test your 5-digit gate code.

If your gate code is above 65XXX you will need to change it to a different number.Any issues with the CellGate directory or gate codes please PM me on Facebook, contact our property management company or stop by the guard house and let the guards know so they can tell me.
