The Town of Trophy Club offers a country club setting, rolling hills, golfing, and a great social life with its accessibility to all the attractions of both Dallas and Ft. Worth. Master developer Midtown Development, Inc, in conjunction with Beck Ventures, Inc, JSB Properties, LP, JLIS, LLC, Kriya Hotels, Green Brick Partners, and North American Properties are about to break ground on the Trophy Club Town Center, a 26 acre mixed-use development that will only enhance the Trophy Club community. Once completed, the Trophy Club Town Center will include 39 luxury townhomes, a 132 key Aloft Hotel, 60,000 square feet of retail space, 50,000 square feet of office space and 250 high-end apartments along with a manicured outdoor landscape, ample outdoor green space and patios, and other amenities.
